A rare and colorful Temple prayer carpet from Lhasa Tibet of two dragons chasing the elusive flaming pearl. Size: L.155cm. W. 82.3cm. Condition: No repairs.

A beautifully colored mottled nephrite jade disc (sword-pommel) in colors of cream, rust and grey. In the center is a small hole encircled by flower petals. A double-lined rim borders the outer rim of the petals. A band of C-curl patterns extend to the double-lined outer rim. The surface of reverse side has a couple of cleavage planes natural to the stone. Period: Warring States(475-221BC) Size: Diameter: 2-3/16" Condition: No chips or repairs.

A very unusual and rare red agate oval Pyu seal. The white band on the surface of the stone has been skillfully carved down to the next red layer with a sacred bull. The red in the stone is more of a ruby red than an orangery red. When looking sideways at the stone at a certain angle, you can see the crystal clear band sandwiched in between two red bands which is natural to the stone...

A very rare Jin Dynasty Greenware jar with three lugs typical of that era. The green glaze going two thirds of the way down the vase. The inside is glazed also. Comes with a certificate from the Chinese Government Auction House. Size H. 47 cm. Condition: Very nice glaze. No repairs. A fine kiln crack around the bottom unglazed area that does not go through the inside. The inside is also glazed.

An original natural pigment pottery figure of a standing court lady wearing a short-sleeved tunic over a robe with long sleeves. Her interesting looped hairdo is parted into two bunches that rest atop the sides of her head. The figure has most of the original pigments, some of which have worn off over the years.Very difficult to find one that has not been restored. Period: Tang (618 - 907 AD) Size: Height = 22.5 cm, Width at base = 7.5 cm. Condition: All original. No repairs.

A well carved green stone crouching tiger with agate stones and gold from the same era made into a choker necklace. Age: 100 AD to 500 AD. Size: L. 5cm. W.2cm. Condition: No chips or repairs. Some natural inclusions on one side.

A slope-shouldered bronze bell with stand from the Dong Son culture in Vietnam. At the shoulders and at the base are large curl designs with a bull's head in the center and animals around the bell.

Period: Dong Son Culture - 300-200 BC.

Size: Height = 13 cm (5-1/8 inches)

Condition: The clanger is missing. It has an attractive mottled patina. The stand comes with the bell.

A complete calcified "chicken bone" jade necklace from the Longshan Period. Jade that has been buried for millenniums sometime calcifies to a white color losing all of it's original color. Age: 2800-1900 BC. Size. Length(closed) 29.5cm. Condition: Age calcification.

A blackwood table chest with two side handles and brass lock. Size: L. 40.5 cm. W. 23cm. H. 17.5cm. Condition: Some wear and tear from age. Usable.

A nice stout wine jug with two handles at the wide shoulders. The two handles have deliberate cuts at the tops, probably to tie rope for securing the stopper. The brownish black glaze covers the jar to about 2.5 cm from the bottom.

Period: Song (12th/13th Century)

Size: Height = 19 cm. (7.5 inches)

Condition: A couple of tiny glaze chips at the mouth's rim. The glaze is not degraded and still has a nice gloss. There is natural aging to glaze.

An assortment glass seals consisting of 4 domed ovals, 1 tabular rectangle and 1 thick round tabular seal. The colors range from a dark amber brown to a light yellow topaz color. The motifs are of the Hindu God Shiva (2), bulls (2), elephant (1), fish (1). Seals such as these are difficult to find...

A rare lacquered elmwood 18th century classical folding stool. The rattan seat has been professionally restored and all the hardware and wood is original. Size: H. 36cm. W. 35cm x 45cm. Age: Early Qing Dynasty.
