A ewer with an greyish-olive toned glaze that covers all but the foot and base. The mouth is trumpet-flared and the 3-lobed rim of the mouth is trimmed in silver (see photos). The grooved strap handle is typical of Song items .

A very large translucent cylindrical agate bead with multi natural stripes at the center. The gold caps (of the period) are decorated with spiral and eye-shaped filigree work. The rest of the necklace is comprised of ancient agate beads, gold square-shaped beads and ochre-colored glass beads (all of the period)

A very unusual huanghuali scholar's container made of one solid piece of wood. There is no plug at the base. These types of designs are very desirable for collectors of huanghuali pieces. It probably had a lid. Age: 18th century. Size: H. 7cm. W. 11.7cm.

A rare Ming huanghuali brushpot with beading around the top and beading around bottom with three legs. Age 17 century - Ming. Size:H. 15.5cm. Diameter: 16.3cm. Condition: Some old small repairs around the beading on the top and bottom. A dark natural spot on one side. Very good condition considering the age.

A small bronze figure of Avalokiteshvara standing on a plinth over a 4-legged base (2 front legs joined at bottom) He is holding a flask in the left hand. A solid halo surrounds the head with the top of the halo having a representation of Buddha. Although the piece is small, the casting shows the folds of the robe and etched lines further give a diaphanous feeling to the robe clinging to the body. Under magnification, malachite-green and ruby-red encrustation is present in some areas...

Inside this violin-shaped instrument are the original items - metal scale tray, counterweight and a measuring rod made of a long single piece of ivory that is approximately 38 cm (14-3/4 inches).
