A very rare and unusual large Chinese scroll painting done in the Japanese style of a bird in a cage with a bamboo tree and netting. Some gold leaf work on the leaves. The wooden weight on the bottom of the scroll has carved bone tips. Comes with original signed box. Age: 19th century. Size: L.213.5cm. W.44cm. Condition: Very good. No repairs.

Rare original Shanghai poster,professionally framed,from the 1930's of Jiang Qing as a young actress. There are many reproductions of this poster, but this is an original that I acquired in China many years ago. Jiang Qing was noted for being Mao Tse Tung's fourth wife and a member of the "Gang of Four." Size: Frame. 85.8 x 69 cm. Poster. 62 x 46 cm. Condition: Normal ageing cracks and some minor repairs.

A very rare Chinese veneer huanghuali cabinet with the original marble inserts. The back of the cabinet still has the original fiber coating that was used during the Ming and early Ching Dynasties. A very large museum quality blue cobalt Jar. It is very, very rare to find this type of vase in cobalt blue, especially in this size and condition.
