A slope-shouldered bronze bell with stand from the Dong Son culture in Vietnam. At the shoulders and at the base are large curl designs with a bull's head in the center and animals around the bell. Period: Dong Son Culture - 300-200 BC. Size: Height = 13 cm (5-1/8 inches) Condition: The clanger is missing. It has an attractive mottled patina. The stand comes with the bell. |
