| A nice striped agate bead necklace sometimes confused with "puntek beads" which are originally from India and are made from opalized wood. These beads were probably also from India and were very broadly used during the Pyu period in Burma. Many reproductions of these beads are made today but are easily detected because the lack the luster of the real ones. Most of the beads are actually white in color and are striped with the black lines. Size: L 46cm. | |||||||||||||||
