Three rare carved, nicely-striped translucent agates are featured in this necklace. The smaller ochre-colored beads are ceramic beads of the same period. The lower central portion of the slightly trapezoidal beads are carved with gently curved centers from Southeast Asia representing the tiger. Period: 500BC - 100BC Length = 40 cm (16 inches, central bead = 35mm x 25mm, Tao flanking beads approximately 25mm x 15mm Condition: Has natural stone inclusions. (see photos) |
