Outstanding monumental cameo glass vase by the firm of David Guerin (Degue); French, c1925. Vase is mouth-blown and cameo cut with a colorful stylized landscape.
Measures approx. 16" high and weighs almost 5 kilos! Signed with acid-cut 'Degue' to lower body and 'Made in France' is incised to underside on pontil. Absolutely mint condition, hardly a scratch on it anywhere. |
