Very nice 'Boulouris' vase designed by Rene lalique in 1933, this example c1947. Ref: Marcilhac p.458, #1094, not made after 1951. Vase is mold-pressed of clear crystal with a band of 20 sparrows among stylized branches. Measures approx. 6" high
Hard to find this design without damage to the birds,,, apart from a few scratches to the underside of the base, this vase is like new. Signed to underside with early post-war 'Lalique France' engraved signature. |
