Very nicely made glass basket with internal decorations of white & oxblood powders and metal foil, in the style of Rousseau/Leveille; not signed but attributed to the Cristallerie de Sevres, French, c1895. Ref: Le Genie Verrier by Cappa page 417-418 for similar Sevres basket and decanter with identical internal decoration.
Measures approx. 8.5" high and is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and no problems with the applied handle. |
