The lamp is set-up for a euro-style bayonet-bulb,,, but a cheap converter can be added to allow USA style screw-base bulbs. The lamp will need new wiring but this is a very simple job.

The original wrought iron hardware was badly rusted and has been replaced (at great expense) with brand-new, custom made hardware that looks identical to the original but is much stronger. I actually had 2 sets of hardware made,,, one is exactly the same as the original and one has a PVC insert to protect the neck of the lampbase from damage by over-tightening the screws. I actually prefer the one without the PVC as it holds the shade a little lower,,, but I will include both sets as they cost me over $200 each and it's always nice to have a spare. Lamp will be shipped in 2 oversize boxes.
