This porcelain chamber stick was produced in Germany by Meissen in the late 19th century. It has first quality crossed swords under glaze. It is 2 3/4 inches tall with a diameter of 5 inches. The handle is shaped like a branch and there is a flower on the top. It is hand painted with brilliant colors. The pattern is known as “Little Table” an ancient Japanese design. The painting is detailed and very ornate. There is a delicate border in orange and gold. The candle holder, handle and rim are trimmed with gold. It is a lovely accent piece for any decor. This porcelain box was produced in Germany by Meissen in the late 19th century. It has first quality crossed swords on the bottom. The box measures 4 1/2” long, 3” wide and 2 1/2” deep, The lid had a finely hand painted bull finch bir perched in a blue berry branch. The coloring is vibrant and the style realistic. Little flying insects dot the bottom half of the box. The rims are trimmed with gold. Condition: Very slight wear to gilding on edge. There are no other defects.

This porcelain slipper or shoe was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. It has first quality crossed swords markings under glaze. It measures 6 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is hand modeled in the shape of a Persian style slipper. The ground color is deep cobalt blue. There is a reserve on the front of the shipper with hand painted flowers, realistically painted in vibrant colors. It is framed with an elaborate hand gilded frame. The rims of the slipper are trimmed with lacy gilding. It is a unique piece that might be used as a ring dish. It is a wonderful collector piece. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Trenton, New Jersey, USA, by Lenox around 1906. It was produced especially for The Cowell & Hubbard Company of Cleveland, Ohio. The saucer measures 4 3/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches. The porcelain has the distinctive ivory hue. Vignettes with a beautiful lady and a Colonial Williamsburg mansion in the other are on either side of the cup. Gilded baskets of hand painted pink roses are joined together with raised turquoise beaded garlands on the saucer. The turquoise beads loop around the cup as well. Opulent, embossed gilding trims the rims of both pieces and the handle is shiny gold. It is totally delightful and was made in America. Condition: Excellent, without defects of any kind.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory in 1909. It has an impressed date code indicating this year. The porcelain blank is molded with a basket weave border and the area where the handle is attached on the cup has raised flowers. The ground color is ivory with a hint of iridescence. Little blue flowers are attached to finely gilded, vine-like tendrils. All of the hand painting is ultra-delicate, with precision detail. The handle is decorated to look like a branch. The design is hand painted with rust red, cobalt blue and abundant shiny gilding. The cup features three little ball feet. The cup is decorated inside and out. This porcelain bowl was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufacturer, or KPM, in 1918. The markings include the iron cross used for that year. The bowl measures 11 1/2 inches in diameter and 6 1/4 inches high. It has a wonderful shape, not round but blown out in four corners, although the bowl is basically round. It stands on an impressive pedestal base. The body of the bowl is hand cut with a basket reticulation. There are large reserves in four areas with realistically hand painted flowers. There is another bunch of flowers directly in the center of the bowl. They are painted in the exquisite manner KPM is famous for. The reserves on the outside of the bowl also have the flower painting. But in addition, there are tiny molded forget-me nots accenting the reticulated work. The rim inside the bowl has blue fish scale designs. There is delicate scrolled gilding and accents in blue. Similar bowls are available but they are smaller in size and later in production. The quality of painting and manufacturing process shows the experience and aesthetics from over 100 years ago. This is an extraordinary work of art in porcelain of the highest quality you would be proud to own. Condition: Excellent without defects of any kind.

They have scalloped rims and finely reticulate borders. The centers are expertly hand painted with luscious, ripe fruits and flowers. This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen between 1910 and 1924. It has blue crossed swords marks under the glaze, The cup features a split branch handle. Both pieces have rims with points and scallops. The roses, accompanied by other flowers, are painted in shades of blue. The stems and leaves are painted in gold. The handle and rims are trimmed with gold. There were times at the Meissen factory when they decorated blanks with marks that were from a different period of time. You can see that the decoration matches precisely and this cup and saucer are made for each other. It is a very unique set. Condition: But for the slightest bit of wear to gilding on the cup rim, it is in excellent condition.

This porcelain vase was produced in Austria in the 1890s by an unknown decorating studio. The vase is signed by the renowned artist “Wagner” in gold in the painting. It has a beehive marking and is titled “Unsre Lieblinge” or “Our Favorites”. The vase is 6 1/2 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches at its widest point. The vase has a unique shape. A flared mouth that tapers to a narrow neck and then flares out for the body of the vase, and once again tapering to a narrow point where the pedestal base is attached. The center panoramic panel has portraits of 3 adorable little girls. They are expertly hand painted surrounded by flowers and a suggestion of landscape and sky wrapping around the entire piece. A ring of turquoise jewels or raised enamel beads encircles the shoulder of the vase. Sprigs of raised gold flowers are scattered on the pure white porcelain. There are accents of beaded gold trim on the neck and foot. The rim is trimmed with rich gold and lacy beaded gilding. The smiling faces of these charming children is a breath of sunshine. This porcelain plaque or charger was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1900. It was painted by the renowned artist Professor Julius Eduard Braunsdorf who was apprenticed at Meissen 1858. He was a specialist flower painter and art teacher. The plaque is 14 inches in diameter and has a piercing on the foot rim for hanging. The ground color is deep cobalt blue. The brightness of the flowers against the dark blue ground makes a dramatic contrast. The roses are painted with expert brushwork with attention to detail. The flowers, leaves and stems show all the stages of the plant life from buds to fading blooms. Notice the droplets of dew on a petal or leaf. It is undeniably the workmanship of a master artist.
