This porcelain coffee cup and saucer was produced in England by Worcester around 1790. The set is unmarked but the pattern is unmistakably from the Chamberlain Period. The saucer has a diameter of 5 inches and is 11/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high and the opening has a diameter of 2 1/8 inches. The set is decorated in a chinoiserie style. The simplistic landscape is dotted with pagodas and figures hunting game. The design is delightful. There is gilded trim and accents. Condition: The saucer has crazing in the glaze. There are no other defects.

The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and it is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches at the opening. The porcelain body of both pieces is fluted with scalloped edges. There are cobalt blue borders. There is hand painted decoration of red ribbons attached to garlands of fruit. The borders are accented with gilding. Condition: But for some minor wear to the gilding on the edges, this set is in excellent condition.

The saucer measures 5 1/8 inches in diameter and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high with a diameter or 2 1/2 inches at the opening. It has cobalt blue borders, cascading flowers and a turquoise diaper at the bottom of the cup and around the well of the saucer. There is fine gilded trim on both pieces. Condition: There is minor wear to gilded trim on the edges of both pieces. The body of the cup is fluted while the saucer is not. These may have been paired together. It is in otherwise excellent condition.

A ring of turquoise pearls ring the interior of the cup and around the well of the saucer. The set is accented with fine gilding. Condition: Excellent

The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and is 1 1/4 inches deep. The tea cup measures 2 inches high, without the handle and has a diameter of 3 3/4 inches. The coffee cup is 2 11/16 inches high, without the handle and has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. Note the unique handle style. The set is exquisitely hand painted. They are vivid, having almost a two dimensional appearance. Anyone who knows the quality of a rose done by John Rose will recognize this superb artistry. This is a museum quality set. This set of 6 porcelain soup cups and saucers was produced in the US by Willets Belleek between 1885 and 1909. The porcelain and the decoration originated from the factory. The saucers have a diameter of 5 1/4 inches and the cups are 2 inches high and 5 inches across the handles. The porcelain is egg-shell thin with a molded pattern similar to ones you might find on Irish Belleek porcelain. Sweet pink roses encircle the borders inside the cup, outside the cup and around the saucer. In the very center of each saucer and at the bottom of the cups you find a kind of rose medallion. Delicate gilded accents and gold trim complete these delightful cups and saucers. They may have been designed to serve soup in but you could serve berries with whipped cream or other delicacies. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain charger was produced in France by Lazeyras, Rosenfeld & Lehmen Limoges in the 1890s. The charger was hand painted by a professional artist and is signed on the front. The back has double underglaze markings from the factory. The charger is 15 1/2 inches in diameter. It is pierced for hanging and retains wiring for hanging. The decoration is exceptional in subject and execution. There are figures of three ladies, one sitting in a sedan chair. There is so much detail and the painting is brilliantly colored. It has a rococo border painted in heavy gold. A charger of this size is difficult to find. It is a truly one-of-a-kind treasure. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Coalport in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches and the cup is 1 3/4 inches high. The cup shape is blown out and scalloped on the rim. The saucer is shaped the same way. The ground color is apple green enamel. Delicate gilded swags encircle both pieces. The handle, interior of the cup and well of the saucer are richly gilded. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and is 7/8 of and inch high. The cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The style of decoration is reminiscent of work done at the Sevres factory. The ground color is cobalt blue. Elaborate raised gilding in two-color gold is augmented with hand enameling. The interior rim of the cup has embossed gilding. The handle has raised gold work and there is beaded gold trim on both pieces. The contrast of all of this rich gilding against the cobalt blue ground is highly unusual and quite spectacular. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal Doulton around 1900. It was a special order for the department store, J.E. Caldwell & Co. of Philadelphia. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. It is made of fine, white bone china. The name of the garden is “Hampton Court”. The scenes are hand painted with vibrant colors. It is signed by the artist, J. Price. A band of embossed gilding frames both pieces. Enjoy drinking your demitasse coffee with happy thoughts of summer. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea bowl and saucer was produced in England at the Derby Porcelain Works between 1770 and 1784. It has the gilded letter “D” and anchor mark on each piece. The saucer has a diameter of 4 3/4 inches and the cup is 3 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches high. The porcelain is molded with ribs making the edges scalloped. The decoration is modest. The borders of the bowl and saucer have a turquoise enamel band. It is also in the well of the saucer. Delicate gilding accents the contours of each piece. The interior of the cup has slight pitting in the glaze common to 18th century porcelain. It is remarkable to think that this tea bowl and saucer has been cherished for over 200 years. Condition: Light wear to gilded trim and slight roughness on the foot of the cup.

This porcelain coffee can shaped cup and saucer were produced in England by Spode in 1812. The design, number 709, is referred to as one of Spode’s “Candlelight” patterns. The Spode museum in Stoke on Trent has a tea set of this pattern on display. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches and is 1 1/8 inches deep. The cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The ground color is cobalt blue. There are cartouches with brightly hand painted flowers. It has the most elaborate hand gilding with seashells and other ornaments covering the surfaces. The museum display indicates that this was made for “a rich man in his castle”. When you look at the quality of decoration you can understand. Condition: The saucer has light crazing. The set is otherwise in excellent condition.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Austria by the Franz Dorfl porcelain decorating shop around 1900. The saucer has a diameter of 4 inches and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The ground color is deep cobalt blue. It has an expertly hand painted scene of the classical Greek Goddess, Psyche, by a fountain. The set has ornate gilding accented with raised enamel. The rims and handle are richly gilded. This demitasse cup and saucer is a lovely work of art. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain vase was produced in Germany by the Donath Drescen Studio in the 1880s. The vase is 9 1/2 inches high and 6 inches across the handles. The handles on this vase are elegant. The vase is expertly hand painted with scenes of lovers in garden landscapes. These scenes are framed by ornate gilded cartouches. There are floral panels around the neck of the vase and to the sides by the handles. The floral areas are overlaid by trellis-like gilding. The decoration is quite elaborate in the style of the Viennese. Condition: There is some slight wear to the trellis gilding on the sides by the handles that is hardly noticeable.

This porcelain bell was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. It has the authentic underglaze crossed swords marking. The bell measures 4 1/4 inches high and has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. It is hand painted with the Tischenmuster (table pattern) design. The design is an Asian inspiration. The decoration is very colorful and has abundant gilded accents. The bell retains its original wooden clapper and this bell rings with a lovely tone. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

This porcelain platter was produced in France by Haviland & Co Limoges around 1900. The platter has both an underglaze and printed mark from the factory. The diameter of the platter is 12 3/4 inches. It has a beaded gold border. The transfer decoration of large pink roses is set in a burgundy ground. There is ornate gilding accenting the border. This platter is beautiful to display and wonderful to serve with at your table. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain tea caddy was produced in Germany by KPM, Royal Berlin, around 1870. It is unmarked. The porcelain blank features the lid with snowdrops and the bottom has the typical legs that were designed by KPM. The piece is 7 inches high, including the lid. The ground is rich cobalt blue. There is a scenic reserve of a couple in a landscape on the front. The figural painting is high quality and very similar to that of Meissen. The intricate gilding is delicate. This is an exquisite treasure from the past you would be proud to own. Condition: Excellent
