The edges of the saucers are scalloped and the handles on the cups are shaped like little hearts. The porcelain is hand painted with tendrils of colorful flowers that drape down inside the cup and across the saucer. The edges are trimmed with elaborate raised gilding. All pieces are elaborately hand painted in vibrant colors. There are garlands and tendrils of flowers spilling into the middle of the tray and encircling the cup. How wonderful it is to find a set of 6 in such beautiful condition. Condition: Excellent. The inside of the cups might look like there is wear but that is just glare from the lighting.
