This set of 6 porcelain bouillon or soup cups and saucers was produced in Germany by the Helena Wolfsohn studio in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/4 inches and the cups are 2 inches high. The edges of the saucers are scalloped and the handles on the cups are shaped like little hearts. The porcelain is hand painted with tendrils of colorful flowers that drape down inside the cup and across the saucer. The edges are trimmed with elaborate raised gilding. There are other gilded accents and the handles are richly gilded.

This set of 4 porcelain tea cups and biscuit trays was produced in Germany by the Ambrosius Lamm Dresden studio in the 1890s. The trays have a diameter of 6 1/2 inches and the cups are 2 inches high. The cup sits in a well off to the side to provide space on the tray for a tea biscuit. The rims of the trays are reticulated. The cup has a pedestal base. All pieces are elaborately hand painted in vibrant colors. There are garlands and tendrils of flowers spilling into the middle of the tray and encircling the cup. They all have gold trim and gilded accents. They are a delight to see.

They have lovely swags of flowers and garlands with sprays of flowers in between. They are all painted with vibrant colors. There is lacy gold trim on the rims and gilded accents within the decoration. They are as sweet as sugar and will delight you and your family when you set the table or display them. How wonderful it is to find a set of 6 in such beautiful condition.
Condition: Excellent. The inside of the cups might look like there is wear but that is just glare from the lighting. There is no wear.

It is surrounded by ornate gilding. There are numerous sprigs of flowers strewn about on both pieces. There are lovely gilded accents and trim.
Condition: The bottom of the saucer has a small hairline craze that does not go through to the other side.
