This pottery bowl was produced in France by Clement Massier around 1900. The award winning artisan Massier, 1845 - 1914, located his studio in Gulfe-Juan, the so-called French Riveria. This pottery bowl measures 4 7/8 inches in diameter and is 2 1/4 inches high. It is glazed with iridescent copper and silver oxide glazes. There is a decoration of pinecones and pine needles inside and outside of the bowl. The technique creates a naturalistic appearance that is subtle and muted. Condition: Excellent
