| This pair of crystal compotes was produced in the U.S. by Hawkes, around 1900. They are 6 ¾ inches high and 7 inches in diameter. The quality of the crystal is superb. They were made in three pieces. The stem of the compote is cut in a honeycomb pattern. The engraving is reminiscent of work done by the English glass maker, Webb. Chrysanthemum type flowers are hand engraved in a flowing art nouveau style across the entire compote. These beautiful compotes are in excellent condition. | ||
