| This vase was produced in Dresden Germany by Franziska Hirsch in the late l9th century. The vase measures 11 3/4 inches high and the base has a diameter of 5 inches. The shape of this vase is most unusual in that it is a tree trunk. The flower decoration, done in the Meissen style, is vividly hand painted. The gilding is also hand painted. This is a marvelous and unusual vase with great decorative possibilities. It is in excellent condition. | ||
