| This tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Stevens & Hancock Derby between 1863 and 1866. The saucer is 5 1/2 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 1/2 inches high. The cup is in the traditional can shape. The saucer is wide and deep. The decoration is completely hand painted and gilded. It is bold and vivid in Imari colors. There is a minor chip on the foot ring of the saucer. This is an excellent example of early Derby porcelain in excellent condition. | ||
