American Brilliant Cut Crystal Compote

This crystal compote was produced in the U.S. before 1910. It is not a signed piece so we are not certain what company made it. But we are certain that it is American and it is from the brilliant cut period. The height is 9 1/4 inches and the diameter of the opening is 5 1/2 inches. The compote is heavy leaded crystal that was hand blown in three parts. The stem has a tear drop in the center. It is expertly hand cut with an intricate pattern of hob stars and cross hatching. The foot is cut with thirty-two points on the bottom. The edge of the compote has a dentil cut. This compote will add a touch of class to your holiday table It is in excellent condition.
