Charming Sitzendorf Double Nut Dish

This porcelain dish was produced in Germany by Sitzendorf in the late 19th century. It is 5 1/2 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide. The dish has a unique shape, two dishes in one, connected by a handle. The hand painted fruits, flowers, and insects are done in the style of the Meissen factory. There is heavy gold trim on the handle and around the rims. There are many ways this dish can be utilized. It could be a pin dish, ring holder, mint dish, nut server and so on. Just use your imagination. This charming antique porcelain dish is in excellent condition.
