| This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany before 1920 by A. Lamm Dresden studios. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The set is made of fine, translucent porcelain. It is elaborately decorated with splendid hand painting and raised gold. There are gilded urns filled with floral bouquets. Colorful garlands of flowers connect the urns with heart shaped decorations in gold. There are gilded bows and ribbons accenting the rims. Tiny pin points of raised gold accent much of the decorations. There are little knots of flowers inside of the cup. The rim of the cup has a heavy gold band that is beaded with raised gold. This set is just a wonderful little confection to delight any collector of cups and saucers. Condition: Excellent | ||
