This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of fine quality porcelain. There is a basket-weave motif molded into the porcelain. The rim of the cup is scalloped. It is decorated with a form of “pink onion” design in raspberry color. The pattern is quite intricate and is accented with gold. There are little sprigs and a medallion inside the cup and sprigs on the outside of the saucer. The handle and rims of the cup are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent
