| Woodstock Clouds 1919, Josephine W. Barnard, oil on unmounted canvas, 8" by 10", signed and dated lower right, 9 5/8" by 11 5/8" framed in period silver leaf carved frame, no apparent restorations. Artist studied under Stanhope Forbes in England; under Arthur Wesley Dow, Henry B. Snell, and John F. Carlson in the United States. Member of National Association of Women Painters and Sculptors. Lived most of her life and died in Woodstock, New York. | ||
