Retro lamp featuring charming, whimsical fish in grays, pink, and turquoise. The ceramic base,most likely from the 1940's has been newly wired. Shown with a silver-gray rectangular lined fabric shade. Total height is 22", the base is 12 1/2" high and 7" wide. Shade is 10" tall, 12" wide, and 4 3/4" deep.

Aladdin Alacite glass lamp, in an unusual and rarely seen design. This deco lamp base in rich green and pearl and opalescent shades of white has a lighted base that can be used as a night light. The 3-way switch allows you to light the upper bulb alone, or with the base, or base alone as a night light. This retro, deco, glass base has Aladdin clearly stamped on the bottom edge of the base. In excellent condition, no chips or scratches. All original hardware and matching glass finial. It has a new inner socket and wiring. 28 1/2" to top of the finial, the base is 14" tall and 5 1/2" wide.

Barovier and Toso Murano glass pair of exquisite lamps. This pair is the most beautiful I have seen of this type. What sets them apart is the twist/spiral ribs and and extremely beautiful color, opalescent pink, pale pink, and almost white under clear glass, with clear glass and gold aventurine legs and center band. One lamp is in excellent condition and the other has a damaged foot which does not effect its stability and does not show when that leg is placed toward the back as I have done in the photos. Other than the one damaged foot, neither lamp has any chips, scratches, or dings of any kind. Newly wired, with new 3way sockets and custom-made coordinated finials. 35" tall and 8" wide. 24" to top of the glass bases. The beautiful color of the glass in these lamps changes with the type and source of light. To give the best representation of their colors, I have use incandescent, fluorescent, and flash in different combinations to give you the best indication of their color and beauty.

Noritake vase mounted as a lamp with Moriage, gold hi-lights, and lovely daisy flowers. It has been mounted on a gold metal and verdi green marble base. New 3-way socket and wire. Includes custom finial. 23 3/4" to top of finial, 5" wide at base. Base alone is 12" high.

Huge American Eagle perched on a globe. Originally made as a flag pole top but also supplied with a brass base by the same maker. This magnificent eagle has never been outside and is in excellent condition. 20" high and with an 18" wing span. Weighs 8 pounds. This piece could be mounted as a lamp base. Call if interested.

Large Blenko console bowl in green glass with design of controlled bubbles. In excellent condition with pontil mark on bottom. Partial Blenko foil label still attached. Diameter 14 1/2" and 5 1/4" high.

Children's performing bear lamp. Also appropriate for bear and circus collections. The mid 20th century ceramic bear is happily balancing his glass ball which has a spiral pattern added during the blowing process. A yellow wooden ball tops the lamp base as well as the custom finial. The hard-backed custom-made shade is covered in a gold imported paper and finished with coordinated trim in 2 shades of blue to accent the blue spirals in the glass ball. The total height of the lamp is 25" to the top of the finial, the base alone is 13" high, the bear is 6" high and 9" wide, the ball 5 1/2" high. The shade is 10 1/2" high and 12" wide. Newly mounted on a white variegated marble base. New wiring and 3 way socket.

Seguso Alabastro Duck decanter with partial wine label as referenced in Leslie Pina's book, "Archimede Seguso, Mid-Mod Glass from Murano." On page 178 she writes,"At the same time, around 1960, Seguso also made figural bottles for Bischoff, a firm in Trieste, Italy. These, however, were not in two parts but one; the figures were not solid but hollow with an opening for a cork. The liqueur filled the entire body of the animal. (At least one style of hollow dog was also made for Luxardo.) Imported Brands of Brooklyn, New York, imported six Bischoff bottles made by Archimede Seguso--a rainbow alabastro fish and duck in 1964--a ruby fish, black cat and alabastro bearded dog. Because these animal sculptures were also utilitarian bottles, many were broken or discarded. Originally limited editions,, they have become even more limited by use and abuse." She adds, "...these whimsical seguso beverage containers should be prized by collectors as well." This duck decanter is in very good condition, no chips, scratches, dings, etc. The partial label is, as also shown in the Pina book on page 181, from Bischoff as she describes. The colors are "rainbow", coral, blue, and white alabastro. The photos do not show them accurately or do them justice. The decanter measures 9 1/4" high 13 1/4 long, 5 1/2" wide. Seguso, Murano, table lamp, tall and elegant vase shaped in cased white glass with bullicante (spaced, controlled bubbles)and aventurine (gold flecks in the white). It is finished off with a beautiful brass cap, base, and fluted matching finial. The white and gold in the glass are beautifully accentuated by the hardware. With new wiring and 3 way socket, the lamp measures 30 1/4" to the top of the finial with the current harp. The base alone measures 18" to the bottom of the socket. It is 6 1/2" at its widest point and 5 1/2" at the base.

Seguso sommeroso, aventurine bowl on heavy clear glass pedestal foot. Heavy aventurine gold on outer side of the heavy, thick bowl, with paler bowl inside. The condition of this piece is very good with just two very small "bubble bursts" inside the bowl or they may be very small "dings". To me they appear to be burst bubbles in the making of the piece. The outer edge has one very small hardly perceptible "blemish". I don't feel these in any may diminish the beauty or value of this large, heavy and unusual shell bowl. But I feel I must mention them in full disclosure. Measurements are: 6 1/4" at the highest point, 10 1/2" at the widest. It weighs 12 lbs. Please call for if you would like more information.

Seguso Geode Bowl,very large, with beautiful pink/lavender inside and gold aventurine outside in a clam shell shape. In very good condition with only one tiny "burst bubble" or possible ding in the bowl, hardly noticeable. But I mention for full disclosure. The size, color, and weight are exceptional. Measures 11 1/4" by 8 1/2" and 3 1/2" high. It weighs 7 lbs.
