This well embroidered textile is predominately pink, but also contains red, green, yellow, orange, brown and black cotton threads. A wonderful example of a modern mexican textile which is influenced by ancient Mayan mythology. The designs on this textile deptict the 'Universe', 'Flowers' and 'Snake' symbols.
