Finely made embroidered textile with large figures 'Going to Market' selling fruits and fish. The traditionally dressed figures are 14 inches long and it is rare to find such large figures in Patzcuaro embroidery. The women have beautifully detailed blouses, skirts and aprons. A wonderful example of Mexican folk art.
