A really beautiful Nashiji little box.
Small and lovely size installed on one hand.
The gold and silver lacquer is magnificent and a detailed technique to be surprised is wonderful.
It has extraordinary work of gold Takamakie(rise makie) of aster and bellflower with gold finish,and a half-moon with silver finish.

The condition of box is excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline...

It has the design of two Quails and a Butterfly.
It is done fine detail gold Takamakie(rise makie) and inside has very fine Nashiji work.
My photo not showing the fine glossy finish of Nashiji well.

It is small lacquer ware. The condition is excellent.
A few of small wear on the surroundings corner, but not much.
No crack, no chip and no warping..
Dating from Meiji period, 19th century or beginning of 20th century...

It has elegant evergreen color ground with butterfly design.
Maker's "Ando" mark on the base.
This beautiful cloisonne vase is in excellent condition. No chips, no hairline, no crazes, no crack and no repair.
There is only one place where the uneven surface of the inner portion of each of the two vases.
But it does not affect the front side.

This beautiful tiny vase is made by a work of a master of Owari Cloisonne, "Hayashi Kodenji (1831-1915)".

Hayashi Kodenji is an expert artisan of Cloisonne in Meiji era.
His teacher is a pioneer of Japanese Shippo(Cloisonne), "Hayashi Shogoro(?-1896).
He(Kodenji) sells excellent cloisonne work in Meiji Era to foreign countries from Yokohama.

This beautiful small Buddha(Syakamuni)seated is made from white porcelain by Suwa Sozan the First(1852-1922).

Suwa Sozan came from a military family.
He worked in porcelain, first in Tokyo in 1875; from 1879 to 1900 he worked in Ishikawa-ken, then moved to Kyoto, where he worked with Kinkozan until 1906, when he set up his own workshop in Gojozaka.
He seems to have specialized in ceramic carving and in the making of celadon.
