Nihashi Yoshihira was born in Tenryu City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
After graduating from elementary school he became a pupil of Unno Bisei.
In 1920 he entered the Tokyo School of Fine Arts, graduating in 1925.

A pair of signed bronze vase with chrysanthemum pattern of symmetric, decorated in inlaid with gold, silver and shibuichi copper.
Both signed artist name on the body.
Both chiseled "The Gift from Manchuria electricity association" on base in Kanji character.

It comes with double original kiri-box and decoration stand rosewood made.
The condition of these vases are in excellent.
Date: Around 1930-1945.

A name of work is "Choritsu"(stand for a while).

Born on August 2, 1915 in Kanazawa City.
He studied at Ishikawa Prefectural Industrial School (department of design and painting) and graduated from Tokyo School of Art (department of crafts, chukin section).
First award at the 5th Nitten in 1949.
Hokuto Award in 1953...

Dating from the 8th year of Showa(1933).
Very fine Japanese sterling silver box with handle, hinged doors on front and sides ornamented with chiseled design of marumon(circle pattern with flower design).
The four silver fittings are decorated with an arabesque pattern chiseled.
The interior has three small wooden drawers with velvet lining and silver drawer pulls...

Dating from the 8th year of Showa(1933).
Very fine Japanese sterling silver box with handle, hinged doors on front and sides ornamented with chiseled design of marumon(circle pattern with flower design).
The shape is Kodansu formed.

There is many marumon design which chiseled on the exterior, and is more gorgeously than other same marumon design type of Japanese silver jewelry box.

Beautiful and elegant pure silver box is designed Marumon(circle pattern with flower design).
Japanese Imperial style design.

Inside has fine velvet cloth ground with evergreen color.
The silver color of the body, the red color of the braid and the evergreen color of the interior. There are very wonderful.

The interior part is divided into two.

Overall condition is excellent...

This wonderful gold and silver inlay box is the notable article of his works and published in a catalogue of an exhibition.

It is in excellent condition except minor marks from seal on the back. No chip, no crack and no wear.
Inside has silk cloth ground. A design with a high-class feeling.
