It is a set of five-pieces. This Japanese antique porcelain "Ko Imari" dish set is very fine condition and beautiful design. It has blue and white(Sometsuke)color with design of "Mijin Karakusa"(a handwritten small arabesque pattern). Mikomi(the center of inside) design is pine, bamboo and Ume. Signed "Taimei-Seika-Nensei" on the base. Dating from Edo period, mid of nineteenth century. The condition is in excellent. It has some minor small points of distress on the inside by firing at that time. Measurements about : 20.5cm(8.07")Diameter, 3.8cm(1.49")Tall.
