Deep blue color ground with Japanese flower and birds(two sparrows) unsigned cloisonne small vase.
Probably, this vase is Owari cloisonne with wires(Yusen-shippo).
Most of Owari cloisonne in Meiji era are unsigned.
This article is one of the best quality of fine Owari cloisonne articles in Meiji period.

Overall condition is excellent. No chip, no crack, no repaired and no scratch.

Dating from later Meiji period, the beginning of 20th century.

Japanese many flowers and birds in this enameled wire design are depicted in vividly.
The rims of mouth and base of this vase are sterling silver made.
This cloisonne vase has typical color of Owari cloisonne.

Measurements about : 7cm(2.75") Mouth Diameter, 12.3cm(4.84")Tall.
