Beautiful vermilion color unsigned cloisonne tall vase. Excellent condition, no chip, no crack, no craze and no repair. Impressive white flowering tree(a camellia) and a bird in this enameled wire design are depicted in a wonderfully lifelike way. Lucid and sophisticated design. The rim and base are copper made. Dating from Meiji period, later 19th century. This wonderful cloisonne vase is one of master works from Meiji period in Japan. Measurements about : 3.9cm(1.53")Mouth Diameter, 25cm(9.84")Tall. |
