Wajimanuri Lacquer Dish Set with Gold Makie by Kado

This piece is one of the most excellent Wajima lacquered ware in Japan ware.
A set of 5 pieces.
This item and "Wajimanuri chataku, lacquer tea cup coasters"(T-H855) are matching pieces.
The wooden small dish is decorated in good lacquer work and gold taka-makie(rise makie) with the pattern of the Japanese flowering plant.
The shape is very nice and stylish.
These pieces are able to use the tea ceremony or party or tea time.

This item is real Wajima, and fine quality pieces.

The condition is in excellent, no chip and no crack.
The artist name "Kado" are signed and stamped on the Tomobako.

Kado passed away about 18 years ago.
He is a famous artist of the Wajima-nuri for manufacturing only the work of the cultural-assets class.

It comes with original signed wooden kiri-box "Tomobako".

Measurements about : 13.8cm(5.4")Diameter, 2.8cm(1.1")Tall.
