Lovely size and a form.
It is the Wajima-nuri lacquer ware of very easy-to-use Japan.
Dating from Meiji period, 1868-1912.
Although it has done very lightly, wood grain has sense of stability thickly.
It is decorated in gold Taka-makie(rise makie) with three cranes.
Although there is no original kiri box, if you hope, we attach the wooden kiri box fit for the size of this article.
The condition is in excellent except very very minor easily fading by hot water on the interior.
Measurements about : 11.5cm(4.5")Mouth Diameter, 4cm(1.5")Depth, 7.5cm(2.9")Height when it covers.
