This Tsugaru Syamisen is an article of the best quality in the Tsugaru Syamisen.
The full length 104cm(40.9").
The inner part of the body is decorated in the technique of "Ayasugi".
It is the technique which deletes the inner side of a trunk by a flea and improves a tone.
Ayasugi is the technique always used for the body of the highest-class samisen.
The plectrum(Bachi) is three kinds of mixes of tortoiseshell and ivory, ivory, and tortoiseshell.
The Hozo are finished up by 18 carats of golden.
Those with a stamp.
Higashi Sawari, a joint, etc. are 18 carat finish.
A pole is the Snake wood.
Two kinds of spools, ivory and an ebony, are used.
