Date : Meiji era(1868-1912). Japanese incense case is made from 100% ivory. It has fine patina due to the old age. The condition is in very good.No chip and no cracks. Some discoloration is just an ivory taste and just the merit of a curio. It become portable if you let a braid pass in the middle of a case. It comes with wooden kiri-box,Tomobako.Unsigned.
