Kyokusai worked Bamboo Basket. Unknown for details. Kyokusai is a bamboo artist of Tokyo and belongs to a family of Iizuka Hosai and Rokansai. The condition is in excellent. Signed "Kyokusai saku(work)" on the base. It comes with water container. There is a part where Japanese lacquer has separated in this water container. The handle of this basket is long and the whole is a graceful design. It comes with signed wooden kiri-box Tomobako. Measurements bout : Mouth Diameter 17.8cm(7.00"),Tall 63.5cm(25.00"). |
