It is a work of the great puppet master Yamakawa Eitokusai who continued from generation to generation from the Edo period to the early of Showa. Gold leaf finish. A gorgeous auspicious motif pattern on Japanese paper of backside. This folding screen was originally made for hina dolls for the Girls' Festival. The folding screen of elaborate and full-scale mini size. Please use it as a background of your decoration of a favorite. It comes with original cloth and wooden kiri-box for keep. The condition of it is in good. Some minor wear by age. Measurements about : A pair of folding screens / 111cm(43.70") X 46cm(18.11"). |
