Date : Mid Edo period, latter 17th o early 18th century. Depicting a landscape with scenery of the peaceful spring beach in ancient times. Sea, sail boat, picnic scene, food cart, samurai, visit to a shrine and walking. The condition of this screen is in very best. There are some repairs and wear due to the old age. However, it has fine patina and beautiful taste of Japanese antique art. Measurements about : 128.5cm(50.59") X 272cm(107.08"). |
