Superb Gold Makie Incense Burner by Chahira Issai

This beautiful incense burner is worked by Chahira Issai in Wajima.
It is a wonderful Wajima lacquered incense burner in skillful gold makie with pattern called "Shiogama Maki-e".
Shiogama Maki-e is a pattern of scenery of seaside in Japan, mostly means seaside in Miyagi prefecture.

The hoya(globe)is made by pure silver(100% silver), signed "Jyungin" mark by Kanji chiseled on the edge of the globe.

The condition is in perfect.
It comes with signed original kiri-box,Tomobako.

Measurements about : 7.7cm(3.0") X 7.7cm(3.0") X 9.5cm(3.7")Tall.
