This lavely Satsuma vase is depicted with of Samurai, Chinese emperor and his follower. One pattern is outside scenery, and another pattern is the hall of Chinese Court. It has small crack made when earthenware is baked to one with the kiln. It is originally porcelain crack, and no wound that someone applied by intention. The gold paint work is came off in handle due to the old age, and interior has some spot. But overall condition is very best. On the surface, no chip and no crack. Measurements about: 13.5cm(5.31") Diameter, 18.8cm(7.4")Tall. Daiting from Meiji period, 19th century. |
