A nice vintage 18K yellow gold Venetian Etruscan fob charm featuring an oval amethyst, citrine, and synthetic pink and green spinels. Each stone is cut with small facets across the entire top instead of the more common flat crown, adding a little extra sparkle to the stones. The most unusual feature of this fob charm, however, are the dangling chains with spherical and oval terminals. The wire- and bead-work is finely executed. Marked with French 18K gold import marks. Origin: Italy, ca. 1960. Condition: excellent. Size: 1-11/16" long (excluding jump ring). Weight: 8.0 grams. |
