An elegant pair of Victorian 14K yellow gold double-faced cufflinks, each face set with a lapidary-cut amethyst. The stones have strong purple color and are nicely cut. The gold borders are well-made with engraved foliate decoration. The solid arched connectors are marked for 14K. Origin: America, ca. 1890. Condition: excellent, sharp detail. Size: 13/32” diameter. Weight: 4.2 grams. Approximate Total Gemstone Weight: 7.24 cts. |
