A wonderful and very rare pair of double-faced cufflinks, each face enameled with the head of a borzoi (Russian wolfhound). Two of the dogs are sable and white and the others are red and white. The enamel work is nicely detailed. The bottom edge of each face is bead-set with a line of three small single-cut diamonds inside a millegrained border. These are the only enameled silver cufflinks we’ve seen that have been set with diamonds. The faces are connected with chains.
