An elegant pair of cufflinks, the heavy 14K gold faces deeply lobed and set with 1.25-carat round cabochon blue sapphires. The shape of the faces is reminiscent of antique copper molds. The sapphires are deeply colored. The faces are attached to baton backs marked “14K”. Origin: America, ca. 1940. Condition: excellent, all original. Size: 13/16” diameter. Weight: 19.0 grams.
