This is a rare & beautiful Chinese yixing teapot handcrafted in red clay with mounted solid gold rim & spout. The finial on the lid is however mounted with brass cover. The teapot is well balance in the hand. There is a crack on the spout, small hairline from back rim to top handle & two small chips on the inner lid. Otherwise it's a superb condition! It's signed YI GONG / YUAN CHEN on both side of the inner lid.
