| This is a very elegant Yuzen painted and gold thread embroidered (in parts) Tomesode. It's made with 100% silk, and even the lining is all delicate creme colored silk too. It doesn't appear to be that old, I imagine it was worn a few times and came to my hand. Only flaw I saw was a light water mark on the feather pattern part (see the last detail photo) which is not conspicuous when worn. Otherwise, the rest of the kimono's condition is AWESOME. It also has 5 Family crests called Mon to indicate that it's the most formal Kimono. Size measures 51" from hand to hand, 65" long and women's size 0~10. Please check out its gorgeous painting. It'll work out great as a display, or to be worn at the ceremony. Traditionally it was worn by married women at the most formal occasion in Japan, such as family's wedding, celebrations, important meetings or competitions.
