We are very proud to offer a vintage Japanese short silk jacket. The silk is “textured” & I think they call this chenille. This particular jacket is very dramatic & very colorful. There is a ferocious, swirling, 3-toed dragon claiming a flaming pearl among clouds. The hem has a “cintemani” or cloud design. Antique Ivory Pair Carved Birds Grouse Japan’s Goto Island We are very proud to offer a fantastically carved pair of ivory birds probably Meiji (1868-1900). These birds are Grouse & each measures 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches. Each has a small wood base that fits each birds feet perfectly. These birds represent a male bird & a female hen bird.
