Exquisite sound. Deep and meditative. Wonderful Early Showa Period C.1940 zen buddhist temple bell used for sutra chanting. The bell is hand hammered bronze. Cushion is silk with cotton stuffing. Striker has goat skin and black lacquered handle on wood. Very good conditio; no cracks or dents. H: about 15"; diameter: about 9". Ask for shipping quote.
