Very stylish Meiji Period C.1890 smoking pipe "kiseru" case woven out of bamboo over a pewter case. Art deco feel. Attached to a leather pouch which held tobacco. Most likely for a samurai or merchant as these were the classes who could afford tobacco. Pipe case length: 16cm; w:4cm. Ask for shipping quote.
