Beautifully simple Japanese antique home altar shrine. Made of Japanese cypress wood, this shrine has a sacred offering box in the inside chamber. The front doors swing open and can be temporarily removed to take out the sacred offering box and place your own deity inside. Pre-war c.1930. (15" x 11" 7") (38cm x 28cm x 18cm).
