Stunning Example of an Old Korean Embroidered Bojagi

A very high level of technique and creativity went into the creation of this brilliant bojagi. This is really a masterpiece of old Korean embroidery, for both the composition and the technique. The peony symbolizes prosperity, the bellflower symbolizes dignity, and the the orchid symbolizes modesty and purity. 15.5 x 15.5 inches, 39.5 x 39.5 cm. When it is fully stretched out, it measures 25 x 23.5 inches, 63.5 x 60 cm.
